Hey Everyone,
I am going to be taking a class at KDC San Francisco and was wondering if anyone had any hotel recommendations?
I have already looked at the SAP preferred hotels, but would like some more opinions.
Thanks,
Aaron
Hi,
The KDC "San Francisco" is actually in Belmont, about 40 minutes south of San Francisco in traffic. The Hotel Sofitel on Twin Dolphin Drive is the nicest hotel. The Summerfield Suites is very basic but also nearby. I have had mixed reviews on that specific property.
I hope this helps.

I received a recommendation from a former co-worker to actually stay in the city and take the Caltrain to Belmont.
He said that the train ride would be about 45 minutes each way. He said it's worth it to be in the city every evening.
Sound like a good recommendation?
Anybody have any experience taking the Caltrain? Does 45 minutes from 4th & King street to Belmont sound about right, or would it take longer?
Thanks.

You can stay in Hotel Hilton, it is good one.

Hi Aaron,
I once stayed at the [Red Victorian|http://www.redvic.com/], which is a very neat "hippie" hotel on Haight Street. Pretty charming, but no TV, no smoking, and some of the unique rooms don't have bath rooms, so you would have to share it with other rooms.
Regards,
Michael
