Hi everyone, hope you all can help me on this.
I am using BOE XI Premium 6 months ago. Recently i found out that BOE XI Premium included Live Office and Dashboard Builder.
So i already get the key from BO for Dashboard Builder. However after i add in this keycode in CMC, i didn't see any Dashboard Builder icon or link...
Here is my questions:
1) Is this dashboard builder is a single system? Or its under performance management?
2) How can i see this dashboard builder?
3) Do i have to install dashboard builder from somewhere?
Thanks!
Hi Lai Nelson, ia have exactly the same issue you had, did you solve this, i have added the licence and reinit my server but nothing happened, did you reinstall something? or was only a configuration issue?
Regards

There are a few easy ways to check if Performance Management is installed.
1) If you look at the CCM, are there any AA servers such as AA Dashboard Server?
a) If there aren't any AA servers, then you don't have PM installed.
b) If you DO have AA servers here, go to step 2:
2) When you login to the JAVA Infoview, is the System field GREYED out or uneditable?
a) If it is not grey and is editable, then your desktop.war was not deployed with PM properly.
b) If it is GREY and uneditable, then desktop.war has been deployed properly. Go to step 3
3) Check your license keys. If you are logging in as Administrator and you don't see the PM icon, then it could only be 2 things. You don't have the license keys entered, or you don't have rights to view the PM Service Bar.
Can you give this a try?

One way of checking is if the servers have been installed. They can be identified by the prefix AA<service name>. If not you will need to install EPM again.
Or it could be as simple as restating tomcat.

its in the EPM, but you have to add the dashboard builder key in the CMC
open the CMC , go to lisence keys, add the key of the dashboard builder to be able to use the bashboard builder in the EPM.
good luck
