Load Profit center from BW to Bpc

My question is in relation with the load of MD from BW:

What it the correct procedure that I have to follow in order to load the profit Centers (red) under the node CS?

Not clear in general, but you can use transformation/conversion file when loading hierarchy to assign specific parent.

Please provide your transformation file (and conversion file if any)
