Login Problem? Get Support link not working

Dear All

We have EP 7.0 SPS 13 system.

I am facing problem with the "Login Problems ? Get Support" functionality.

I can see the link on the login page but it does not redirect me to the reset password page.

It just refreshes the login page.

But when I try to access the reset password functionality by directly pasting the below mentioned URL in the browser, then I get the reset password application page.

http://hostname.domain:port no./webdynpro/dispatcher/sap.com/tcsecumewdenduser/LogonHelpApp

Also, when I put the valid login Id and corresponding Email address, I do not get the success message and no email.

Request your help in finding the root cause and solution for it.

I have set already done the following:

1. Assigned the action UME.Logon_Help to the role assigned to the user group Anonymous User.

2. Set the UME property ume.logon.logon_help to TRUE.

3. Have provided the email ID in System and Central administrator.

4. Have checked the notification email option in the System configuration --> UME Configuration

5. Have restarted the AS Java.
