SAPconsole 7.10 and AutoTab

Our programmer is learning the RF part of ABAP programming and has come

across a situation that I'm not sure how to clarify. She has a barcode

that is supposed to fill to two fields. When she does a test with the

SAPgui it works ok. She has the SAPgui "Automatic Tabbing at the End of Field" box checked. I have the auto tab box checked in the SAPconsole profile as well but the scan doesn't act the same on the RF gun. In SAPgui, the auto tab moves the cursor to the next field after the end of the current field. The auto tab doesn't seem to work at all via SAPconsole.

Can anyone provide me with an explanation of how the auto tab feature in

SAPconsole is supposed to work?

Hi

We used Intermec CK30 scanner for SAPConsole implementation.

The scanner itself has a setting "Auto Tab" meaning that whenever a user scans a barcode into a field , the cusrsor moves to the next field.

Please try setting the scanner Auto tab property .
