PR Event triggering along with event parameter

Hi experts,

I need to trigger an event 'RELEASESTEPCREATED' in purchase requistion along with the parameter 'RELEASECODE'

but the FM "SWE_EVENT_CREATE" I can just raise a event but cannot pass my parameter is there any alternative that I can handle the situation.
