Dear Experts:

In standard SAP SlcM, when ever a due date schedule is changed via time limit in Academic Calendar, It creates a new document. We have following situation, we are facing right now:

1- we have five line items in fee calculation documents as tuition fee, enrollment fee, exam fee, registration fee, medical charges..... When fee is calculated first time, system calculates the fee correctly.

when there is change in due date in time limit in calendar, system creates a new document, but the impact is not on whole document, only on one fee head in the complete document. We have to run fee five times to change impact on whole document. I have done some working via due date ((Timelimit setup)) threshholad and due date grace days, but it did not solve my issue. How can we manage this.

secondly, In our University, due dates are extended several times, so how can we avoid creation of documents on the basis of due date schedule change, if fee is re-run? Any program to by pass this change?

Thanks

Hi Syed Muhammad,

as the first issue sounds like an error I would like to ask you to create an incident ticket via support portal.

Regarding the second issue I am unfortunately not able to solve this.

Best regards,

Silke
