CCMS TRFC customizing

Hi ,

I need to send Email alerts for entries stuck in SMQ1 for a customer specific Z queue. I have done the customizing in RZ21 asper note 441269. But I cannot find my new MTE in RZ20. Is there any job which updates this data in RZ20 ?

Any Ideas where the problem might be?

I have configured Auto E mail alert and it is working fine. I'm working on ECC6 system with Kernel 700.

Hi Pavan,

Did you save it properly? I needs to be saved at every screen. Try that and then see.

Yes Ruchit .. All such things are done.. In fact I deleted and recreated the entire thing .. but didn't help ..
