Dear Sir,

In FBL3N while displaying CLEARING GL there is a line item

Purchase Doc. and Sales Doc. which is coming on header text but the entry is not coming

Plz guide urgent

    Clearing document doesn't generate any entry. It only clears the line items. Thats why you are not able to see the entry.

    To display additional fields to your line item display function FBL3N... do the following

    spro->img->FIn Acc-> G/L accounting->G/L accounts->line items-> line item display->

    choose Define special fields for finding and sorting data

    new entries--

    enter the table name in the first column, in the second column enter the *field name *

    (whatever fields you are not able to see in the line item display add those fileds)

    and save it and import the request to Production client ..

    Hi

    Go to Define special fields for line item display and add the fields that u need in the fbl3n u will then u will get in the report

    Menu path is

    Financial Accounting (New) >General Ledger Accounting (New) >Master data >G/L Accounts >Line Items-->Define Special Fields for Line Item Display

    there u can give the Fields then u will get in the report
