user exit for VL02N

Hi Friends:

Plz see the scenario below. I believe someone must have worked on it. Plz give me a complete guidance.

"In T-code VL02N, Change delivery, the users enter a new line item which is freight... when they enter this new line, the PLANT does not automatically set like it would be if the freight item would be enter at the order entry level. (Copy controls)

They enter it in delivery because that's when they know the price I think... they use a field to put in the price, so that in billing, it creates the bills for freight. And since it is not always, and they don't know at order entry, we can not change the process. "

Now the client wants to have a check at the save to tell the user to either check the PLANT # or simply to stop the process of the save if PLANT is not there. Because the PLANT has to be there, if not, the billing is stop during the night, billing is automatic.
