Reg - Reorganize the database ( SAP on DB2 )

Hi Gurus,

How to reorganize the database? After i remove the one the % is same. Pls advise how to reorganize the database. If I do the IPL or restart the server for every time they reduce the 5%.

Pls advise how to get the accurate %.
