    Hi,

If youy are sure that there:

    1. No variation between PO- Invoice amounts/rate/taxes etc.

    2. No issues related to TDS during Invoice verification

and can blindly rely upon GR to create a liability towards the vendor, then use:

    Evaluated reciept settlement (ERS)

    1. Tick the vendor relevent for ERS in vendor master - purchasing view

    2. Create PO (here the ERS tock gets defaulted from Vendor Master

    3. Post a GR

    4. Run the ERS program to post the invoice MRRL

    Hope this helps

    Regards

    Dheeraj

    Hi,

You can do only MIGO or MIRO and not both.

But you must tick in PO what is only required.according to that system will act.

You can do only MIGO and pass payment through settlement(ERS)

You can do only MIRO and pass it for payment.

    Reward if useful.

    Regards
