Area Menu

Hey Hi Friends,

I want some help on Area Menu.

I want to create Application toolbar and Standard toolbar in Area menu.

In 3.1I System there is option Menu Bar , Standard Toolbar and Application toolbar but in ECC I found only Menu Bar and not Application toolbar and standard toolbar.

How I can create the Application toolbar and Standard toolbar in Area Menu.

Please guide me.
