my rsa1 tcode is locked.
pease tell me how to unlock it?

Contact Security team or the basis team to unlock the same.. U can collect the Su53 screenshot which gives the what authorization is missing for u.. and communicate the same to them..

are u able to access other T codes
if yes try to check sm01 t code
if it si working u can unclock rsa tcode by ur self
if u r not able to access other t codes then ask basis team.they may have locked these t codes ro some purpose.
