WCEM webshop error

Hi All,

We are getting the below errors in the web browsers intermittently when the users try to access the webshop through the company website

It occurs intermittently but if we open a new private window in the browser (be it IE or google chrome), its starts working.

Can anyone please guide me if there are any settings on SAP side which can resolve the issue
