BEx Web fails with "Error while reading alias"

Hi,

After installing a new version of 0ANALYSIS_PATTERN from the Business Content on ur BW 7.40 SPS07 (Hana/HEC-based) we are having an error when attempting to open "New Analysis" from BEx Web. Although we can run queries through BEx Web without issues, pressing the "New Analysis", "Open" and "Save As" buttons results in an exception screen stating "Error When Reading Alias".

After some research we found that the probable cause was due to the fact than more than one system was defined as "Master BI System". We removed the "true" flag for the second system marked as master and restarted Java instance, but the error still persists.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated!
