is it possible if i maintain one control key ( ex. PP01 ) for all operations in the routing? this control key has automatic goods receipt checked. is it logical that everytime i confirm an operation, a GR (101) would occur?

or should i maintain only 1 operation whith auto GR (the last) one, so upon confirmation only would the GR occur

Hi

It is better to maintain control keey with auto GR for one operation i,e for the last operation as it will be logically also correct , as we receive the finished product only once after compelting the operations .

Hi,

If u maintain the control key which allows Auto GR more than once, system will not do the Auto GR and system will give the warning message during confirmation .Inthat case u have to do GR manually.

Ideally last operation only should have auto GR control key.

Hi,

Auto GR works only once for a routing. So maintain a seperate control key for the last opn & assign auto GR.
