How to create Master Data for SAP Best Practices for chemical industry?

Hello Experts,

I configured and now testing the best practice scenarios on S/4 HANA 1709 system for chemical industry.

I got the configuration document and Test script for one of the scenario "908 Bulk Manufacturing with PI sheet."

However the .txt file for master data especially master recipe creation and its phases are missing in configuration document.

Can anyone please help me how to set the scenario specific master data for this?
