    Hi

    Use this Function Module:-

    F4_DATE

    displays a calendar in a popup window and allows user to choose a date, or it can be displayed read only.

    Reward if help.

    Hi,

    In select optins use:

    SELECT-OPTIONS: w_date For sy-datum.

    Then F5 will be automatically availabel. No need to do anything extra.

    Declare the field of TYPE sy-datum instead of TYPE d, F4 help is provided by default.

    Hi,

    It can be done in two ways.

    1. By declaraing the parameter of type sy-datum this will by default give the F4 help.

    PARAMETERS: P_DATE TYPE sy-datum

    .

    Or.

    2. By using function module

    DATA: DATE1 LIKE WORKFLDS-DAY.                          "new

    CALL FUNCTION 'F4_DATE'
           EXPORTING
                DATE_FOR_FIRST_MONTH         = SY-DATUM
           IMPORTING
                SELECT_DATE                  = DATE1
           EXCEPTIONS
                CALENDAR_BUFFER_NOT_LOADABLE = 1
                DATE_AFTER_RANGE             = 2
                DATE_BEFORE_RANGE            = 3
                DATE_INVALID                 = 4
                FACTORY_CALENDAR_NOT_FOUND   = 5
                HOLIDAY_CALENDAR_NOT_FOUND   = 6
                PARAMETER_CONFLICT           = 7
                OTHERS                       = 8.
      IF NOT DATE1 IS INITIAL.
        WRITE DATE1 TO Q0002-GBPAS DD/MM/YYYY.
      ELSE.
        CLEAR Q0002-GBPAS.
      ENDIF.

    This will help you.

    Plz reward if useful.

    Thanks,

    Dhanashri.

    Hi

    To provide F4 help for field on selection screen just refer to type sy-datum. like

    parameters p_date type sy-datum.

    If the field is to select in range give as select options.

    SELECT-OPTIONS s_date for sy-datum.
