Entering Primary Postings

Hi everybody,

I enter primary cost in G/L account with screen variant "with cost center"

I post data and receive message " An entry field Cost center is not permitted for account 621100"

Please tell me how to fix it

how u created ur varient may i know the details

hi

check the field status for that g/l account, cost center field may be in suppress mode, change it to optional mode.

This may be due to your account is balance sheet account.
