NWBC for HTML logoff popup in different language than users lang.

We just upgraded our HCM system to:

SAP_BASIS: 740 0013

SAP_UI: 740 0016

SAP_HR: 608 0027

We use NWBC for HTML for our ESS/MSS and after the upgrade when a user who has more than 1 role assigned (mostly MSS users) clicks the logoff button after an initial navigation the Logoff Popup message is displayed in Korean for USA users.

This did not happen in our DEV/TEST/QA environments nor have I been able to duplicate the problem except in PROD. The other odd thing is if the user simply logs on and does not navigate anywhere and then clicks the logoff button the message is displayed in EN as expected. when I look at the debugging tools in IE11 I can see the URL and all the LANG settings are EN but then after a navigation event and clicking the button I can see the language is set to KO. I have searched everything SAP so far to no results.
