Query Manager not loading for a user

I have a customer & when one of the users goes to Tools - queries - query manager

Nothing happens. No error but it doesn't load the Query Manager screen.

The user needs to have some queries added to the My Menu tab.

Has anyone come across this before?

User is marked as a superuser & has full rights.

    In case it happens for someone else. Under Authorizations - Reports - You can give access tot he query generator to a specific user. When I gave full access to this, the query manager appears when clicked, all sorted. Thanks.
