Hello,
I have on the Citrix the Analysis for Excel Plugin installed. I can open it and logon to it:
I can select a Report in the folder structure:
Because there is no SSO on the Citrix, I have to logon again:
After to try the second logon, I get this Error:
Without Citrix it work correct.
The landscape xml are correct.
I have no idea where the problem can be. Do you have any idea how I can solve that?

in our current version 2.4.2.67902 there is not the Troubleshoot ribbon.
