Item 004 WBS element 2B.GRANT01 budget exceeded

Hi Experts,

T.code:- AFAB and F-92

Issue 1: I am posting this transaction against WBS (billing element). If any loss in sale posted against Billing WBS system is showing "Item 004 WBS element 2B.GRANT01 budget exceeded". But while posting profit against the same WBS (billing element). no error message appear

.Issue 2:- Here I am running sales related activities, but why system is showing budget related error?

Those transactions are posting an expense to the WBS. Look on the WBS, is there a budget profile? What are its settings?
