System copy from (ABAP+Java) to separate ABAP and separate Java

We are planning to install BI and Sol Manager and both as a separate instaces for ABAP and Java.

BI:

Separate ABAP & seperate Java (BI) with different SIDs.

Sol Manager:

Separate ABAP & seperate Java with different SIDs.

Our old systems are integrated (ABAP+ Java) installations (single SID).

Is it possible to perform system copies from old system(ABAP+Java) to new systems ABAP separately and Java separately ?
