Dear Sir i want you to explain me why we can’t run some of employees Time Evaluation in PT60 .

The process of Time evaluation Execution depends on the time status that will be maintained in IT0007 Time Status and also employee should be active.

As mentioned by Richard, please confirm that the Time Evaluation Schema to be used is TM04.

Next, please confirm that the employee is active (IT0000) in January 2018, then use t-code PT_CLSTB2 to see if the employee already has Time Evaluation Results for that month.

Note that if TE has already been processed up to 31.01.2018 for that employee, time will not be evaluated again unless there is a change that is significant for TE (such as WPBP or Attendance/Absence). But, if you were to check the "Test run (no update)" box, you should be able to see the TE Log.

Can you give me the screenshot after you have executed PT60?

I take it that schema TM04 is set up in attributes so that it can be executed? You can check this in PE01.
