release procedure (materialnumber)

Hi there.

I hope anyone can help me with the following issue: how can I set up a release procedure for an order, so that the order is blocked again whenever the material or plant is changed in the order? It means, the order has already been released, but a change in the document requires a new release. I know how to do it with a price change, but I am not quite sure about the material, for example.

This is the current situation: I create a purchase order which will be blocked until release. Once it was released I can change the total net value and the document will be blocked again for a new release (due to the price change). But when I change the material code after the release (for example, instead of red pens I want to order blue ones and the net value stays the same), the order is not blocked. Now, I want the modified order to be blocked again, to have a better control not only concerning prices.
