Can you plz give me step by step with tcodes of when and why do we use Queue Priortization and how to do it,I found doc's on it but not find the tcode to go to that sceeen.

Hi,

You can do the Queue priortization using the T-code SXMB_ADM-->Configure filter for Queue priortization.
