List of Users with Accessibility Feature on

We are rolling out the latest version of the SAP GUI for Windows. We no longer offer applications using the WinGUI; instead we open transactions in the SAP GUI for HTML (WebGUI). Therefore, we don't need our users to have the WinGUI.

However, since the Accessibility Feature in the Enterprise Portal (NW 750) changes WebGUI to WinGUI, I need to contact users who legitimately need the WinGUI upgrade.

Is there a way in the Enterprise Portal to pull a list of users who have the Accessibility Feature set to "On?"

Thank you,

Jerry

Cris:

Thank you for responding. I have filed a support ticket, and they replied that I have only the two options I noted in the ticket:

  • Develop a custom java component to capture the information
  • Use the report in User Administration, which has a limit of 1,000 results and does NOT have accessibility as a search criteria.

They also directed me to SAP Influence.

Thank you,

Jerry

Hi Jerry,

Maybe you can follow KBA 2418906 and contact our Portal experts to help you finding this information.

I also recommend adding tag "SAP Enterprise Portal", so the Portal Community can also interact in your question.

Kind regards,

Cris
