sales documents rejection texts

Hi Experts,

In sales documents, we assign reasons for rejection if sales order is rejected.

Which SAP table stores rejection texts like Poor quality, too expensive etc.

Dear Cynthia,

"Reason for rejection" text will be stored in VBAP( sales doc item table ) & the field name is ABGRU.As reason for rejection is at item level,we can not reject the sales order header level,but if u reject all the line items of a sales order,then u can see the "everything rejected" in header level status tab.

In the IMG for Reason for rejection, put the cursor on a field, press F1, then the [Technical Info] button.

Most times that will show you the underlying table
