Hi,

I created a sales order but the Confirmed quantity field on the schedule line tab is 0 .

There is unrestricted stock present in the plant also.

I am not able to do delivery because of it.So,please let me know if I need to check anything.

Regards

Dear Nicky

Please check in sale order what schedule line category is flowing. Now go to VOV6, select your schedule line category and have the box ticked against "Availability". Now try to create a sale order for the same material so that system will do availability check and if stock is available, it will confirm.

thanks

check in transaction code MMBE, if they aren't any stocks held by sales orders, or maybe the stock is in returns, or under purchase orders

Hi,

The unrestricted stock in the plant might hav got confirmed for some other orders..For details go to availablity check screen and check the Availablity overview in sales order.so that you can get details.

Thanks,

I checked the avaliability screen and it shows me 3 columns

Received/Req Quantity = 15.386

Confirmed = 0

ATP Quantity = 0.

Does that mean that There is no stock avaliable for my SO and if it is then why Received/Req Quantity = 15.386 is coming.

Also is there any way I can get rid of this error by putting some more stock in the plant or anything on similar lines?

In the availability check screen, does it show any quantity for issues/confirmed issues in the totals display?

Hi,

Yes it shows some quantity in the issues (17.919,042)and confirmed issues (17.718,042) in the Avalibility overview screen.

Does that make sense?

The formula for ATP is roughly: warehouse stocks + receipts - issues.

Likely you've already committed the stock for other orders, so that is why your ATP is 0.

hi,

In MMBE can u see any stock reserved for the Sale order. If not reserved then you need to transfer the Unrestricted stock to the sale order. U can use the transaction MB1B to transfer from unrestricted to Sale order. Now U can do the Item availability.
