Maintain the settlement rule of the sender

Hi PP gurus,

I am getting the following error while doing the production order settlement (CO88):

Maintain the settlement rule of the sender

Message no. KD205

When I go to display (CO03) mode of Production Order, settlement rule is already maintained for MAT category, settlement % as 100% & full settlement but still the system is throwing the above error.

Kindly tell me how to solve this.

For this error the "TO" period in settlement rule (KO02) should be greater than or equal to Settlement period in KO88.

Fahiem,

Please check whether an entry exists for your order in COBRA Table. If it does not exist then it is a program error, please look for OSS notes or report to SAP. If exists then like other members suggested check if validity is restricted, genarally vallidity would be blank.
