Remote Key

Hi All,

I am facing problem that Remote key field is not visible in import manager under

map field/values at destination side in the import manager though KeyMapping is

set to YES but it is visible in syndicator.

Can anyone tell me how to make remote key visible in import manager?

Cheers

    Hi,

It should be there and this will be the first field written as {Remote Key} and of type Flat.

There are no settings to hide/unhide the Remote Key. Hope you have enabled the Remote Key for the table you have selected in the Destination table.

      Hi Jitesh,

Hope you have enabled the Remote Key for the table you have selected in the Destination table.

KeyMapping is set to YES.I think that is only option to make remote key

participating in the mapping. Is any other option available to rectify this problem?

      Cheers

    Hi Narendra,

Are you using the default remote system named MDM? If yes then the Remote Key field wont appear in Import Manager.

Hence you need to create a new remote system in Console and use the same for your requirement.

    Hope this helps.
