PROBLEM FOR P.O

Dear cons

I want to create a purchase order for validity period of 3 month. that means we can enter G.R Upto 3 month. After that the system will not accecpt G.R.

example- Creation date of P.O- 01.01.2008

on 01.04.2008 the system will not acccpt GOODS RECEIPT. HOW CAN MAKE SETTING. PL. SOLVE IT.

Hi;

In Item level of Purchase order in the Delivery tab there is field "Latest GR Date", Maintain the date upto which you allow goods receipt for that item. After that date , System will not allow you to make GR. Also in Configuration Under Logistics > Inventory Mgt & Physical Inv > Define Attributes of System Messages , Make Msg No: 163, Appl Area : M7 , Version : 0 (Latest Possible Delivery date was) to "E".Hope this will help you out.
