Error in recreating SE16 Transaction

Hello All,

Using the Thomas Jung's blog I'm trying to recreate the SE16 Transaction.

But now I'm facing a Problem .

When I execute my Application I'm getting the following runtime Error :

Error when processing your request 


What has happened? 
The URL https://XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/z_se16_browser/ was not called due to an error.
