No Data showed for Finland

Good Evening,

I have created a model out of an excel-file, with geodata for Helsinki (latitude/longitude).

It's working fine for bubble-layer, but it's not working for choropleth on Country-hierarchy.

So I added Turku, but on Country-level there is still just the value for Turku.

If i drill down to region, it's working fine and the South Finland-Region has it's correct values.

Additional Information⪼reenshots:

Helsinki: 754.723,15 USD

Turku: 704.596,22 USD

It might be a bug and for me it was just for a showcase, but someone else might need to visualize data for Finland.

Greetings from Germany

Manuel

Hi Manuel,

For bubble layer, you only need latitude and longitude but for Choropleth layers you need to create a location dimension. This is from the product's documentation:

Prerequisites

To add data from a model to a choropleth layer, the model must contain at least one location dimension. For more information see Creating a Model with Coordinate or Area Data for Geospatial Analysis.

Hi Julian,

thank you for your answer. All the countries are shown on the choropleth map, it's just Finnland (on country level) which isn't.

Hi Manuel,

I tested using the following latitude/longitude information for Helsinki: 60.192059, 24.945831.

I can see the Choropleth correctly for Finland and the aggregation with the two cities works as expected.

Julian

Hi Julian,

worked perfectly with your coordinates.

I guess I'll just use yours.

Thank you for your help :)

Kind Regards
