We found a problem when installing crruntime sp21 on a machine which already have sp08. Looks like the installation try to upgrade new version first than remove old files which deletes new files as well.
In the C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects\Crystal Reports for .NET Framework 4.0\Common\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\win32_x86 folder, it should be 2129 items, however, if I upgrade sp21 from sp08, this folder only has 288 items.
Can you check this issue?
