Hi,

when I try to deploy an instance for "SAP S/4HANA 1610 FPS01, Fully-Activated Appliance" by pressing "Create Instance" I get following exception message:

"An error occurred; contact your SAP Cloud Appliance Library operator".

The error message appears after I have accepted the terms of agreement and press the button "Create Instance".

Last month I already succesfully deployed an S/4 HANA 1709 instance, but it doesnt work with S/4 HANA 1610. Furthermore I noticed that I cant access my "Accounts" tab in SAP CAL, to manage my linked Amazon Web Service accounts.

Would you kindly have a look at my account?

I now received a forwarded email, that I have succefully subscribed for the following S4 HANA 1610 free trial. BUT I still got following error message when I try to create an instance: "An error occurred; contact your SAP Cloud Appliance Library operator".

So I still cant deploy a S4 HANA 1610 instance and run into the same issue as initially stated.
