Trigger DESADV Idoc for inbound delivery create/update

Hi,

Currently (IDoc message type DESADV with extension Z_GETS is created). From this message an inbound delivery is created with reference to PO.We also receive and process update messages (IDoc message type SHPCON with extension Z_GETS) that updates inbound delivery.

Now my requirement is not to use two different idocs for create and update but to use IDoc message type DESADV for both.

How could I do this ??
