ID Mapping of Multiple sales org in C4C to ERP

Hi Team,

Please let me know , is it possible to do ID mapping of multiple C4C Sales Orgs to 1 ERP Sales Org.

So it would be something like this:

C4C Sales Org ERP Sales Org
--------------------- -----------------------

1601 ,1602 = ORG1USA

The ID mapping feature seems to accept only 1 to 1 translation.

Dear Smita,

The ID Mapping in C4C is strictly 1 to 1 relationship, the correct action here would be to have similar org structure in both C4C and ERP. If you really intend to have such mappings, then may be you can manipulate the outgoing OrgID in middleware. However this may cause issues for other integration scenarios, specially ones flowing from ERP to C4C.
