Information record

Dear All,

We are created a purchase order and before saving have checked the check box for creation of info record but when we go the info record and click on conditions to check the conditions but no condition exist.

Secondly it gives an message "No plant specific purchasing organization exist".

What we need to do make sure that the conditions are stored in info record?

regards,

mahesh.

    Go to SPRO > MM > Purchasing > Conditions > Define Condition Control at Plant Level > Here check indicator for Ur Plant;

Blank - Conditions allowed with and without plant

    + Only plant-related conditions allowed

    - No plant-related conditions allowed

    Hi,

Conditions will not flow from PO to info record.

From PO, only the price gets updated.

From Quotation only, conditions flow to Info record.

    Reward if useful

    Regards

      Thanks Varaghamurthy,

Appreciate your help but what is happen is P001 condition defaults incase of manual entry but in info record is created then P000 condition should default along with the previous price, but it defaults along wiht P001 condition itself.

      regards,

      mahesh.
