Hi All,

I am trying to square off clearing accounts using F.13 tcode but those are not square off, two accounts are square off but remaining all accounts giving the problems.

Any one suggest me why it is happend and give me solution.

Hi Deepti,

When you setup additional field as a criteria in OB74, please ensure that these fields are common among a group of documents. Having too many fields as additional cirterial will not let you clear most of the documents.

Always remeber the net amount as zero is always the clearing criterion. If you see a small difference, please set tolerance limit for clearing the line items under clearing ofr GL account.

Hi,

you have to make necessary customizing for automatic clearing from ob74.

you have to define additional fields for clearing.

assign points if helpful.

I have maitain all parameters. some accounts are automatically clear off but most accounts getting problem.
