Hello Wesley,

I've re-tagged your question with "Using SAP.com", because that is the tag used for (support) questions and bug reports concerning this platform itself.

If you have not done that yet, I suggest you have a look at "Community > About the Community" and read through those information pages to get a bit more familiar with the new SCN.

Regards,

Steffi.

Why did you do so before making the new one usable is a better question, I think 😐

I think the main reason, and that SAP will not mention is that business relationships with JIVE was broken. Perhaps JIVE wanted to charge them more for support, or perhaps JIVE no longer served the purpose of "community" (this is weird, since in 2012 SAP chose that platform just because they argued was the best for a website be more "social").

Anyway, on one hand I am glad that no longer use the JIVE's core. I'm sad though, because I see very badly addressed the whole subject of the community, and many important characteristics in communication, knowledge, favorites, value messages, etc., is being lost slowly.
