How to pass the context of a cell to another sheet in the same workbook?

Currently I can use EPMLink to open a separate report based on the context of a cell in an existing report. However, what I'd like to do is use EPMlink or similar EPM formula to point to a report in the same workbook as my existing report? Is there such a formula? If not, has anyone worked out a solution similar to this?

Sorry, and what is the issue:

EPM link can reference cells containing dimension members on other sheets!

You can use EPMContextMember in some cell to have a context value...

Hi Vadim,

The requirement is I have two report tabs (ie. Report Tab A, Report Tab B) in the same workbook. The client wants to be able to select a data cell in Report Tab A, and double click/select a data cell and have it open and refresh Report Tab B in the same workbook with the context from the selected data cell intersection from Report Tab A.

EPMLink only works if you have two separate workbooks based on the testing I've done. I'm thinking a VBA solution would need to be written to achieve this.

"The client wants to be able to select a data cell in Report Tab A, and double click/select a data cell and have it open and refresh Report Tab B in the same workbook with the context from the selected data cell intersection from Report Tab A." - sorry, but not clear.
