    Hi

Thanks a lot ,but these report can't display the lowest matieral consumed qty ?

Eg: Production A , with componets A1 and A2, Component A1 also has its BOM component B1 and B2.

when we do backflush or confimation, it will redue qty of A1 and A2 ,also B1 and B2, right?

How we could know B1 and B2 consumed qty and location? any report?

Or from which table or linkage , we can extract these data?

    Thanks

    Alice

    • Hy Alice,

Your requirement is compilation of goods movements of all the components upto last level. But as per your explanation your final product is produced after production of semifinshed materials. Which means that production of your final product contains more than one Production orders and you want to comile all the goods movement of all the concern orders in one report.

I think there is no such kind of report is there.

You have to go for your own devloped Z report.

    Hi Alice,

This is possible in standard report COOIS : Production Order Information System by following way :

    In COOIS choose :

    List : Components

    Layout : /RRP1 COMPONENT LIST

and then enter Your Respective Plant, Production Order , Material etc. for which you require consumed material list and then execute the report.

ON the next screen of report , you will find the column of Qty Withdrawn alongwith Required Qty details also.

    HOpe this satisfies your requirement.

Reward if useful and revert in case any doubt.

    Regards,

    Tejas

    Hi alice zhang,

I dont think there is any standard report in which you can get the report as per the consumption (at lowest level)

In that case you need to trace the order no & check through COOIS

But for planned values it can be looked using CS11 report

Here the first field "Level" will let you identify the lowest level-The higher the value of the no will be the lowest level

    Rgds,

    SVP

You can use MCRE : Material Usage Analysis

In the material usage analysis, you can analyze data from the production orders, run schedule headers and process orders. You can use the material usage analysis to answer the following questions: What components were used for a material in total? Which individual components were affected by the material usage? What was the original requirements quantity and what was actually taken?

    Hi

We need the actual consumed qty for each production order. Like we do one product, and confirm production order xxxxx, So we need to know how many raw matierals have been used and it consumed from which location.

Sometimes, BOM locaiotn is not same as actual consumed location .When we don't have enough stock, we will let production continuous first, then do cogi when we have stock onhand . then it really reduce the stock . So we can't just use BOM locaiton for the real consumed matieral qty.

If it has standard report for it or if we need customized report ? Which table could find when produciton order confirmation , how many raw matierals consumed from which locaiton ?

    Thanks
