In support project what are the documents has to submit to the client after resolving issue.

Hi,
1. If there is any config. change then you have to prepare Configuration Document and also prepare Transport Request Form.
2. If there is any new process mapping then along with Configuration Document and Transport Request Form, you have to also peprare Process Definition Document.
3. And User has to fill the User Acceptance Testing Document for the process mapped or process changes.
