In the BP address tab you can maintain multiple email addresses. Is it possible to allow only 1 email address to be used?

Could I disable creating more than one version?

Dear Phillip,

the standard design was made to maintain multiple email addresses for a BP. This concept holds also true for a lot of other datasets in BP, like all communication data, addresses,....

One of these objects is always the standard one, i.e. in case of communication data the one which is displayed on the overview screen. In your case you can only have 1 standard email address. There is no standard functionality which restricts the whole maintenance to just one object.
