Move corresponding entries from field symbol to an internal table

Hi All,

How can I move corresponding entries in a field symbol to an internal table??

I have requirement where I am creating a dynamic internal table(<fs_table>). For example we have 3 fields in this table.

I have a main structure with 4 fields and an internal table of that structure. Now I need to loop on <fs_table> and need to move the 3 fields into corresponding fields of main table.

Example:

field-symbols: <fs_table> type standard table. (This is the dynamic internal table)

types: begin of ty_main,

f1 type c,

f2 type c,

f3 type c,

f4 type c,

end of ty_main.

data: tb_main type standard table of ty_main.

loop at <fs_table> assigning <wa_table>.

What should be the code here to move the contents of <wa_table> into corresponding fileds of tb_main???

?????????

endloop.

Thanks in Advance,

Kishore.

    HI,

use READ TABLE statement to read the IT_MAIN table within the loop of field symbal..

then assign data from wa_main to it_main. and append it.

      Hello Venkat,

Within the loop of <fs_table> I will not have entries in tb_main.

Then How can I read the table??.

I need to populate the mian table from the entries in <fs_table>.

      Regards,

      Kishore
