Fax No in Invoice

Hi Sap Gurus,

Could Any one help me out to prepare a functional spec, logic of Putting a Fax number which should appear in the top right corner of Invoice for a credit Invoice, along with address and it should be picked from Bill to party.

(no hard coded fax numbers, just the fax number in the contact section of the invoice).

Hi Edie,

In the functional spec you need to mention like this

1.Type of activity

For example Is it Enhancement or New development or User exit.

2.Name of the consultant

3.In which program you need to change (in you case program is SAPMV60A)

4.What is the present process with screen shots

5.What is to be process with screen shots(If possible)

6.What is the GAP

7.Whar are the tables we need to use to fetch the data.(In your case KNA1)

7.Testing cases after completion
