Pls tell me differences between Material price and Price list and Individual price.

In each kind of prices, i can set a exact different amount for one material. So what are diferrences?

These are the various level on which you can maintain your Price.

Suppose, I have a material M1. Whoever will purchase this material, price is 100 Euro per piece.This price is applicable for all and is called Material price.

Now, suppose you want to give it at 98 Euro per piece to a particular group of customer or Price list category. When you want to have price like this you have to create your condition record for price on this level.Normally wholesale prices are set like this.

Again, now you want to give this material at 95 Euro per piece to your important customer C1. So you have to create customer/material price condition record. That means, if cust.C1 will purchase material M1, than price per piece is 95 Euro which not applicable to other customer. This is Individual price.Ihope it is clear.
